Privacy policy
Effective from 11 October 2026. This is an English translation of our Polish privacy policy; if the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through the klasyk.info website is Lazy Cat sp. z o.o., ul. Piłsudskiego 151, 86-300 Grudziądz, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8762513825, which runs Klasyk – Burgers & Cocktails, Rynek 10, 86-300 Grudziądz (“we”).

2. Table bookings and Smasher Challenge entries
The booking forms on our home page and on the Smasher Challenge page are displayed in a frame provided by our booking system (system.gastrozuch.pl). In them you enter the details we need to accept your booking or entry, such as your name, phone number, email address, date, number of guests and any comments.
- Purpose and legal basis: accepting and handling your booking and contacting you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Who else has access: the booking system provider, which processes the data solely on our behalf and on our instructions.
- How long: for as long as needed to handle the booking, and then until any possible claims become time-barred.
- Providing your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot accept your booking.
3. Phone calls and messages
When you call or write to us (including via Facebook or Instagram), we use your data to reply and deal with your enquiry: for bookings on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for other matters on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Visitor statistics – Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the website, where they come from and what interests them (for example clicks on “Call”, “Order online” or “Get directions”). Without your consent this tool is not loaded and the website does not connect to Google Analytics.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law – Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej).
- What data: online identifiers stored in cookies, information about your device and browser, pages visited and clicks, and your approximate location (city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
- Recipient: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which processes the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- How long: we keep statistics data for 14 months; Google Analytics cookies expire after 2 years at the latest.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Google Maps
The Google map in the “Contact” section only loads when you click “Show Google map”. Until then the website does not connect to Google, and only our address is shown in place of the map. Once you click, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive, among other things, your IP address and may set their own cookies. Google is responsible for this processing under its own privacy policy. We do not remember this choice – on your next visit you will see the button again. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps.
6. Links to other services
Online ordering (Lazy Cat), Facebook, Instagram and the websites of our other brands linked from this website operate under their own rules – once you go there, their privacy policies apply.

You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just get in touch with us (section 1).
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the tools used on the website change. The current version is always available at this address.
